Cosmic Log: Energetic Cords and Hooks

The following text is a transcription of information received during my personal channeling session. My intention is to translate the impressions and information I experience into a structured, readable format. While the insights originate from a higher source through my practice, this summary represents my own attempt to organize those findings into a practical, helpful guide for All.

What are some telling signs that someone has energetic cords or hooks attached?

Physical sluggishness, irritability, feeling on edge, intrusive, recurring thoughts about a specific person that feel impossible to clear from your consciousness. Are all signs of potential energetic cords and/or hooks attached to us. A sudden awareness of, 'Hey, these are not my thoughts,' is a clear sign that these energetic cords or hooks are present.

What are these energetic cords/hooks, and why is it important that we are aware of them? How do they attach to us?

Energetic cords are invisible to the human eye, but they are energetically sensible attachments that form between individuals and, surprisingly, even objects. While many view these attachments as neutral, my session revealed that they are fundamentally considered negative. According to Universal Law, such connections shouldn't exist, as it is everyone's birthright to draw energy directly from Source.

These cords can attach to us even through a simple phone call. It is just as easy to receive an energetic cord during a call as it is in person. You don’t need to be in the same physical space as someone in order for these attachments to form. The attachments can form through everyday conversations, meetings, or even digital interactions.

An individual with limited or lacking boundaries (physical, emotional, spiritual, energetic) will naturally allow these cords to attach more easily. It was lovingly recommended that it is crucial to have strong boundaries set up around us to ensure that no cords or significantly fewer reach us. This is where a vision appeared of cords trying to hook into the energy body; however fail, due to the boundaries we have set in place. They simply trickle down on the walls of the boundary we set.

What do these energetic cords and hooks look like?

Cords are energetic strands that attach to various parts of the body, creating a direct link from one individual to another.

The hooks are actual hooks (stronger, more aggressive, and more debilitating) that get stuck and penetrate deeper into the energy body of an individual. This was shown to me as an image of a fishing hook at the end of a fishing line.

The giving individual is not necessarily aware of what they are doing, though there could be certain instances where the cords or hooks are deliberately sent out to the recipient.

What about quick methods to build boundaries and protection?

While conversing, we can envision ourselves in our own golden or luminous white-colored bubble. These high-vibration colors will assist in keeping the bubble energetically clean and pure. We can also envision energy bouncing off the bubble while talking on the phone or having a face-to-face conversation with someone.

Next, I explored some simple, practical ways to cleanse and rid ourselves of these cords/hooks:

• A salt bath or a shower using salt (Morton's store-bought salt is perfect) is very effective. It is a good way of cleansing both the energy and the physical body, creating a protective layer between the other individual's energy and our own.

• A simple cord-cutting technique: arrive in your safe space, perhaps a meditation corner at home or your favorite sofa. Take a few deep breaths and envision golden or luminous white light coming down from above and showering you. Envision the cords and hooks simply falling off as this light envelops your physical body.

  
  

• If you only have a short amount of time, an intention or decree such as, 'I hereby release all unwanted energetic cords and hooks into the light' (repeated 3x), followed by 'So it is, so it is, so it is' is a fast way of utilizing the power of your intention.
