The following text is a transcription of information received during my personal channeling session. My intention is to translate the impressions and information I experience into a structured, readable format. While the insights originate from a higher source through my practice, this summary represents my own attempt to organize those findings into a practical, helpful guide for All.

Decision-making in the world of exhaustive distractions

Most of our decisions are oversaturated with external information, particularly through the daily reality we perceive with our physical sight and our inner 'reality'. The following non-exhaustive list offers a glimpse into these endless influences:

  • Family patterns and personal habits

  • Childhood imprints

  • Energetic 'vibes' from others

  • Ego-driven motives and advertisements

  • Our diet and the strength of our physical body

  • The streets, and even the very air we breathe

In short, it is everything.

It is amidst all these 'distractions' that we need to make our decisions.

Conscious Decision-Making

The alternative is a specific way of deciding that lets go of these intrusive external stimuli and information. This focused, conscious decision-making does not happen through the physical eyes, but instead concentrates on our true inner Self and higher guidance.

Based on the guidance I received during my session, the answers offered by these two paths may initially differ. Over time, however, they begin to converge. As we deepen our focus on our inner world and inner guidance, our outer world starts to reveal its true nature. Eventually, you’ll find yourself making decisions in the physical world without needing to consciously “silence the noise” each time.

Let us trust our guidance, while remembering that the power of choice and the law of free will always remain our own.
